I call this the calm after the storm. I took this photo last summer at a restaurant next to (and behind) the San Diego Convention Center on a peaceful Sunday evening AFTER Comic-Con had ended and I was having a lovely dinner with two lovely friends. It was the end of the busiest time of the year for me (and all my hardworking co-workers) and it was time to celebrate, in my usual quiet and reserved way. I look forward to doing this again this year, in just a week or so. Wish me luck!
