Plaza Sweet …

Another photo from my recent trip to New York City …

The Plaza is one of those storied establishments, a real New York City icon. I’ve roamed through the lobby (not possible this trip since they were only allowing registered guests into the building) and I’ve eaten in the Plaza Food Hall downstairs, a decidedly upscale affair (no Sbarro Pizza or Steak Escape). But it is a landmark I always like to include in my visits to New York. It’s kind of the gatekeeper of Central Park for me, since I always enter at that southeast corner to begin my usual trek through one of the greatest city parks in the world, if not THE greatest.
