Just About Every Time …

Just about every time I walk out my back door, I’m greeted with a scene like this. It’s hard not to be amazed each time. Some days, of course, are more beautiful than others and some days that quaint little sailboat is replaced by skidoos or a giant battleship or equally humongous freighter, carrying bananas and pineapples or cars from South Korea. It’s difficult not to just stand there in slack-jawed awe and to whip out my iPhone and snap a photo, even though i know I’m repeating myself. But when it looks like this, who cares?
