London is on my mind a lot right now. I have a trip planned for late September and I go back and forth on a moment’s notice as to whether or not I should go. Everything is paid for and I’m fully vaccinated, but the US has placed the UK on “Level 4: Do Not Travel,” even though they have a higher vaccine level than we do. And I’m still six weeks away from travel time, so anything can happen … but I’m very doubtful I’ll be going, sad to say. I can reschedule and not lose any money, but … I want to go NOW. I’m like that.
Anyway, the above photo is from Notting Hill, one of my must-visit places in London and was taken in 2016.
ADDED 8/13/21: Well, British Airways just made my decision for me by cancelling my flight. So no London for me until at least some time in 2022.
