Tales From My Spinner Rack LIVE! returns to WonderCon on Saturday, March 28 at 3:00 PM in Room 209. I’ll be joined by WonderCon special guest Mark Evanier as we take a deep dive into the artistic history of Batman in honor of his 87th birthday on March 30, the date when Detective Comics 27 premiered in 1939, with a panel titled “Happy Birthday, Batman!” Mark and I will discuss some of our favorite Caped Crusader artists, with behind-the-scenes stories that only Mark can tell.
Don’t be a superstitious and cowardly lot … join us and be among the first to get this year’s Spinner Rack swag, including a limited edition set of three Collector’s Cards and a brand-new bookmark, free to the first 100 attendees.

NEW TALES FROM MY SPINNER RACK! SWAG AT WONDERCON 2026!
I will also be appearing on the Comic-Con Museum panel, titled “What’s On and What’s Next,” on Friday, March 27 at 6:00 PM in Room 300E to discuss their new edition of “Cover Story: Six Decades of Comic-Con.” I originally curated a version of this exhibition in 2019, as the very first exhibit to ever appear in the Comic-Con Museum and I’ll be discussing how it came to life back then.
Hope to see you at WonderCon! Badges are still available, but they always sell out. Visit www.comic-con.org/wc for details and come join me for Tales From My Spinner Rack LIVE! WonderCon is always a great show and the Anaheim Convention Center is one of the best locations on the West Coast.
