I call this photo “Peek-a-boo,” since it reveals a different look at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. This is my favorite part of the city, the Southbank (or Bankside) and this particular view is from near the OXO Tower building, a repurposed factory that used to manufacture meat stock cubes for cooking (it was originally built to be a power station for the Royal Mail Post Office). Now it contains shops and offices and restaurants and is part of a walk along the south side of the Thames that I dearly love.
