The rumors of my demise …

… have been greatly exaggerated.

Despite it being about 6 weeks since my last post, I am still alive and kicking and not consciously trying to abandon this blog. I have just been way too tied up with work to devote any time to this, but I’m hoping that will change, despite the fact that I’m entering the busiest time of the year for me.

I have one photo-worthy trip coming up within the next month, so I hope to document that on here as it happens or soon after. In the meantime, I apologize to my meager but faithful group of followers. It was never my intent to start this and then walk away from it. And after July, I have four big trips coming up in the latter half of the year, all of which will provide many, many photos. Needless to say, I’m living for that time at this point.

I absolutely hate people who blog about not blogging, so I’ll stop here … but as another famous American once said: “I shall return!” Only I don’t plan to get my pants legs wet wading onshore.
